The 2nd crossing of the massif of San Lorenzo del Munt from east to west, starting at the Shrine of Our Lady of the Sands 
and ending the Estenalles, through the more typical places, features, and this little-known part of the natural park.
L’itinerari, medium difficulty, runs along paths and mountain trails.
We will see its rich Mediterranean forests and undergrowth, deep sources, spectacular caves, coves, spacious panoramic lofty ridges, boxed channels, and the iconic Monastery.

Description: We leave together Goat Camp, to track and between olive groves,
the GR 7 until crossing the Voltorera. We leave the GR 7 and ascending path to the Coll de Sarria where those who wish to short will the GR 175 (Cistercian Route) north to the Rock Cogulló.

Sunday 25/11 Visita a les Coves del Salnitre (Collbató).
The mountain of Montserrat hides inside more 100 coves, but we call Montserrat Caves (also known as Salnitre), found located in Collbató, and is the only allowing a walk underground 500 m long tourist enjoying conditioning.
The tour allowed to observe beautiful geological formations (stalactites, stalagmites and columns) and it shows the habitat of the first settlers of Montserrat and use of caves throughout history.
We started the walk to the recreation area of the Hermitage Health, and many participating children (d’1 a 12 anys) the beat with great sportsmanship 1000 steps between the ascent / descent and walk inside the cave, and they were not afraid or falling into the pit of the Devil.
Difficulty: Fàcil.
Ascent: 140m.

Sunday 18/11 Castle Rock and Talamanca. Morning. Difficulty low.
We have entered the stage of the Battle of Talamanca, the last victory of the Catalan armies against the Bourbons. A battle was fought precisely Riera de Talamanca, and went from the castle.
As we walked to visit the historic center of Talamanca, Font de Talamanca, the oven works, Sínia Baker and Little Mill.
Despite the very unfavorable weather forecasts, we fell one drop, or the wind bothered us, and stream crossings (optional) were just a little entertaining.

Sunday 11/11 Matinal a Montserrat. Return to the peaks. Medium difficulty.
From the vine climbed the path of New Clot de la Monica to the Coll de peaks. Montserrat, their pins, and their views, always offers a magnificent spectacle and this day was no exception.
From the pass we went to the cave Murdela, a cave wrought that most did not know.
We go down the road bridge, and as time went well we could go see the huge rock that gives name embedded path.
