SERVEI ALLARGAMENT SETEMBRE

Bon dia famílies,

Pels curs 2019-2020, tindrem un servei d’allargament al setembre a l’Escola Bressol La Farinera, promogut per l’AFA La Farinera i organitzat per la COOPERATIVA INCOOP.

Del 12 fins al 30 de setembre, el centre educatiu realitzarà la reducció de jornada lectiva, la qual finalitzarà a les 15:00h. Per això, l’horari comprès entre les 15:00 i les 17:00 hores, serà gestionat mitjançant les professionals que integren l’equip d’educadores dels servei de suport educatiu a l’escola bressol.

Els horaris i preus dels servei d’allargament seran els següents:

del 12 al 30 de 15h a 17h 105,00 €
del 12 al 20 de 15h a 17h 60,00 €
del 23 al 30 de 15h a 17h 50,00 €
Dia esporàdic de 15h a 17h 10,00 € (per fer dies esporàdics és necessari inscriure’s)

Familias:

¡no os despistéis! La inscripción al Bressol d’Estiu se realizará los días:
– 6 de mayo, de 09:00 a 10:00
– 7 de mayo, de 16:30 a 17:30

CON MOTIVO DE LA HUELGA GENERAL DEL 21/FEB, SE CAMBIA LA CHARLA AL DÍA 6 DE MARZO. DISCULPAD LAS MOLESTIAS

Familias: ¿Os toca hacer la preinscripción para P3 este año? Si es así, seguramente comencéis a estar llenas de dudas sobre el proceso, el formulario, los baremos, y cómo reclamar en caso necesario. Por este motivo, el AFA ha organizado una charla con Carles Medrano, representante de las AFAs / AMPAs en el Consell Escolar de Gràcia, donde nos explicará los detalles del proceso de preinscripción. Es el quinto año que se organizan estas charlas gratuitas, abiertas a familias de otras Escoles Bressol, y este año nosotros acogeremos la charla. El contenido de la charla es el siguiente:

1. Experiència que tenim i motius pels que fem la xerrada (errors típics de les famílies al fer la preinscripció)

2. Llocs web on es pot trobar informació típica i resoldre els dubtes habituals

3. Procediment preinscripció a P3 (aplicable tant a pública com a concertada) per ordre cronològic:- Jornades Portes Obertes escoles. A quines anar, què mirar i què preguntar?
– Publicació Oferta Inicial. On es pot veure, reserva places NEE i què significa?
– Publicació Decret Preinscripció (calendari i barem). Novetats?
– Centres de proximitat. Què comporten?
– Ompliment Formulari Preinscripció. Què marcar, què comporta, on dur-lo?
– Publicació Llista barem inicial. On es pot veure i què significa?
– Període de reclamació inicial. Com reclamar?
– Publicació Llista barem definitiu. On es pot veure i què significa?
– Sorteig de desempat.
– Publicació llista inicial admesos. On es pot veure i què significa?
– Procés de segona oportunitat. Com es fa i què comporta?
– Comissions de Garanties de Drets d’Admissió. Assignació d’ofici i altres.
– Reclamacions. On cal anar, quan, què trobaré allà, què puc fer?
– Publicació llista final admesos. On es pot veure i què significa?
– Llista d’espera. On es pot veure i què significa, fins quan és vàlida?

4. Matriculació. Primera reunió famílies-centre. Inici del curs escolar.

5. Preguntes, oferta i demanda previstes.

6. Informació que aniré enviant en quant sigui publicada per l’Administració.
