NOU SISTEMA D´INSCRIPCIÓ AL ‘QUEDEM?’

Tal i com us informàvem en el darrer butlletí, el ‘Quedem?’ de Barcelona canvia el seu sistema d’inscripció a les activitats, per tal de fer-lo més assequible i còmode a tots els participants. Així, responent a les demandes de la majoria de participants al seu programa, s´inicia una nova forma d´inscripció a través d´Internet.

A partir d’ara, l’eina de referència per a les inscripcions serà la web; us podreu preinscriure a les activitats que interessin en el mateix moment de rebre el butlletí i, (molt important), les places s’atorgaran per sorteig i no per ordre de trucada o petició com es feia fins ara. El sorteig ha de garantir que tothom tingui la mateixa oportunitat de participar al ‘Quedem?’ Aquesta és la vocació del projecte i també la riquesa de diversitat de gent que en forma part.

FUNCIONAMENT DEL NOU SISTEMA

1. Les preinscripcions es faran a través d´Internet, mitjançant el butlletí setmanal, des del moment de rebre´l fins a les 23:59 h del dimarts següent.

2.Podreu preincriure-us a dues activitats per butlletí i demanar una o dues places.

3.Un cop feta la preinscripció rebreu un correu electrònic per confirmar que us heu preinscrit correctament.

4.Acabat el termini de preinscripció es realitzarà un sorteig entre tots els preinscrits a l´activitat, sense que importi l´ordre en què ho s’hagi realitzat la inscripció.

5.En el que cas que fóssiu seleccionats, dimecres rebreu un altre correu de confirmació de plaça/places, el qual haureu de respondre en el termini fixat. No respondre aquest correu significarà la pèrdua de la plaça.

Aquest sistema d’assignació de plaça per sorteig ens obliga a ser àgils. Un cop tancat el període de preinscripcions i assignacions de places, dimecres us comunicarem, via correu electrònic, si teniu plaça o no a l’activitat que heu demanat. Recordeu que no respondre aquest correu significarà la pèrdua de la plaça.

El ‘Quedem?’ és un projecte obert a tota la població, socis d’Òmnium i no socis, tant si han nascut a Catalunya com si no, ja que entenem que la societat catalana és dinàmica, creix i canvia; per això aquest projecte vol ser una excusa per tal que les persones que es relacionin i es generin noves mirades. El ‘Quedem?’ pretén promoure la cohesió social a Catalunya i fomentar la interrelació i la participació en la vida social en igualtat de condicions per a tots els seus ciutadans.
