Decisions summer: that faig Avui?

Summer arrives and with it, the intensive days, well-deserved holiday… time to enjoy, to new things, and new friends. But time to reconcile family level, are not always easy for families with one or more members with support needs.

Therefore from Oratge manage new project”Time estiu” Department of Quality of Life, Equality and Sports of the City of Barcelona. This program is part of the Time horta guinardofor You, proof that facilitate everyday families with disabled people while giving quality service to participants, specific projects taking shape in age. “Time estiu” offers the service for adults of Horta-Guinardà order that they can enjoy their leisure in the most self possible while facilitating the reconciliation to their families during the afternoon of July party.

So from 1 to 12 of juliol 16 youth and adults with disabilities share evenings and rage advantage of the resources of the city and especially the district, based on the demands and preferences.

The support will cover the five instructors who may need support for activities as diverse as neighborhood festivals, pools, Museum Marítim, The Greek Theatre in the room Becket, visit to Horta Labyrinth…

Four cents of house!!!

With the arrival of warm weather children, kids finish the school year, have to break routines, Meet people, out in the open, learn from otherfades ways and other things and above… fun!!!

Based on this premise Oratge runs for the third time in the summer school special education school ASPASIM, located at its, to Vallvidrera.

Així doncs, over Collserola, 20 children and young people with special educational needs enjoy a journey into the various activities “The Forest Fairy”, focus of workshops linking, outputs, Games, ginkames.. .adjusted to the age of two distinct groups: primary and secondary.

A team 9 instructors with experience and training provides the necessary support for each of the children to participate in a full and satisfactory. This ratio 1-2 enables quality care in both activities at the school (workshop xocolata,music, Gardening, creating costumes…) as exits for the city (Tibidabo, Platja de Badalona, Cosmocaixa…) activity or fixed pool Hospitalet Nord.

2n Dinar de germanor: do not miss!!!

Weather was getting older, sumem anys, projects, the most important, persones i il·lusions!!!

So we want to enable a new time and place where we can see all of, know us more, share new ideas, rediscover old friends and, above, spends a full day of sunshine!!!

Ja fa dos years, According to assembly, Oratge decided to start working with ethical banking, so most of our financial transactions we make banca eticafrom Triodos Bank. http://www.triodos.es/es/particulares/

This decision responded to try to make sense and be consistent with our ideas and approach: we are not a charity organization that wants to believe that they need a change towards a more just society, where everyone, including people with disabilities, play a law.

Ethical banking has allowed us to use the current system and proprietary tools that facilitate the daily (government run online, performing transfers, Debit Cards) while minimum guarantees of transparency with the money of the organization, ensuring that:

  • Reinvested in projects focused on improving social, environmental, cultural… our world
  • There will be intended for those who are opposed, as arms sales, Prostitution…
  • There used to speculative level

After making this decision and happy with the results produced by the serious defaults coopGeneralitat of Catalonia in July forced us to seek funding on credit, Triodos Bank feels that we respond. Summer evenings by young Horta-GuinardÃ

In July many working hours are shortened and young adults come with much more time. Proposals summer!!!

We take this post to you briefly on the proposals we have for this summer, For more information, please contact us without commitment:

1- Colonies “The mystery of the secret language” for children with special educational needs. Supported by instructors trained in both leisure and in care for a disabled group 20 Children can enjoy the house Mas colonies Gircós http://goo.gl/ndBjp. Registration open!!!

2- Summer Camp of the EEA ASPASIM for children and young people with special educational needs 4 a 18 year 25 of juny to 26 of july of 9 15h (with the possibility to participate for weeks). With the support of expert instructors will games, workshops, ginkames, outputs, pool… through some lovely!!!

3- Field work for young “Breaking Barriers” en col·laboració amb la Secretaria General de Joventut 24 Young 18 a 25 anys col·laboraran en tasques de l’entitat que els hi permetin acostar-se al món de la discapacitat. Registration for the Youth Department of the Autonomous Community.

4- Recreation camps for children in the womb, specialized for children with special educational needs. Open spaces for recreation!!!

5- Support for inclusion in ordinary houses and colonies: Coordinate a house or a camp and need specialized monitors for participants with disabilities? Or just a bit of advice? Estem col·laborant amb diferents entitats, Ask for information!!

Olot Tourist Board, a gustasso!!!

This past Easter a group of youngsters enjoyed a viatget the Garrotxa, through some lovely!!!

In a stunning natural environment and were in very good company walk on the beech, cycling (adapted to every need), Cooperative try and visit one of the fantastic yogurt, riding, to chat… and pictograms!!!! i, above, meet new people and get away from the everyday work.

Taking advantage of the subsidy IMERSO (received from Dincer) could stay in a hotel with quality service and delicious cuisine, adapted transport and counting 4 companions belonging to the template Oratge and eager to rally!!!

We hope to repeat next year …

She concert!!!

We all have the capacity to know what music makes us feel, vibrate, balls, a river plorar, we only need the means to transfer this preference. So from Oratge try to give voice to people with disabilities we work:

This weekend concerts were the order of the day among young households, they could choose from different styles such as pop and rhythm hiphop Bustamante of False Alarm.

A small group went to the auditorium in Sant Cugat to give everything to the presentationbustamanteion the seventh album from David Bustamante: “Mine”. So they could listen to their new ballads with romanticism, alternating with their most iconic, tararejar who loudly.

But it is well known that the variety is the spice so that other young people preferred to take the weekend to rapping the latest topics falsa alarmaSabadell group: “Dramatic”, also covering part of his three previous albums in the room Estraperlo Badalona. Part of Oratge!!! Looking for volunteers!!

Weather is made up, for people big and small, homemade “fiesteres”, talkative and silent, funny and endearing, people with different abilities but shared dreams, Oratge because we make between, young, collaborators, infants, families, workers…

We do little things, but try to do them well and learn from the mistakes, and not lose sight of our purpose or our background ideas, respecting the Assembly and the space where you decide where to walk.

Estem engegant nous projectes i busquem persones que vulguin col·laborar amb el seu temps i compromís, if interested contact us, We can look at what the task may be more appropriate:

  • Accompany group of young with disabilities on Saturday afternoon and / or holiday periods, so quinzenal, during leisure activities that they have decided to conduct (to the disco, a workshop at the Music Museum, play Bowling, go to a concert at the Palau de la Música…)
  • Col·laborar a l’recreation for children in the wind with special educational needs 4 a 12 years one Saturday a month, conducting a quarterly activity with the San Fernando falls: ginkames, city ​​tours, Games, songs, workshops…
  • Support recreation during holidays and weekends to Household Foundation ASPASIM for people with disabilities
  • Trips for young people and adults with disabilities: know the country and enjoy the holidays!!
  • Colònies inclusives a Mas Gircós, where children with and without disabilities enjoy the summer between games, evenings, ginkames, workshops, excursions…

Els pirates… Travel!!!
