Des de les 10 del matí a la plaça dels Ocellets i al carrer Blai ja ha començat la fira de Sant Ponç amb la mostra de productes artesanals i ecològics que ha estat la característica d’enguany. A més, durant la fira hi ha hagut també una bústia de recollida de remeis casolans de les àvies, una parada del gust on s’hi han trobat degustacions durant tot el dia de menjars i begudes naturals i també tallers durant la tarda, el primer a les cinc, on s’han descobert les herbes a càrrec de Fimotón, el segon a les sis, de cosmètica natural a càrrec de Nurgaia i l’últim a les set de Stevia Rebaudiana a càrrec de Dolça Revolució. També hi ha hagut un berenar fet per els més petits, una mostra de treballs sobre les herbes fetes a les escoles del barri, juntament amb l’acompanyament musical a càrrec de l’escola Jam Session.
A les vuit de la tarda la Colla de Diables i Tabalers del Poble-sec ha ofert una tabalada de fi de fira als visitants i que ha posat punt i final a la Fira de Sant Ponç del 2011.
